Juan back for the Cheetahs

The Cheetahs, who  finish their tour this weekend when they take on the Chiefs, have been bolstered with the news that Juan Smith has returned to captain the side.

Naka Drotske made a couple of changes to the team which he hopes will make history this weekend by recording their first win in Australasia against an out of form Chiefs outfit.

Ryno Barnes starts at hooker with stand-in captain, Adriaan Strauss getting a break and moving to the bench.

Sarel Pretorius retains the number 9 jersey but his new partner at 10 will be Naas Olivier with Riaan Viljoen relegated to the bench.

Juan Smith makes his return the the embattled Cheetahs side as captain after the passing of his father.

    Well the Cheetahs can’t win a game AWAY from home and the Chiefs can’t win a game AT home. Should make for an interesting match.
