There is not a lot of good news coming from the Bok camp ahead of their test against Scotland.
Reporter on tour, Gavin Rich, on Thursday confirmed that Francois Hougaard took no part in training on Thursday due to a little ‘sniffle’ he has developed in the last 24 hours.
It might just be a precaution however as Bok management reckons he will be 100% for Saturday not wanting to take a chance with him given the wet and cold conditions in Edinburgh. Ruan Pienaar covered in the scrumhalf position in training.
Apparently the Boks have called up Charl McCleod, Odwa Ndungane and Bandise Maku to join them on tour.
And in less important news, Victor Matfield confirmed via his Twitter account that he and Pierre Spies took money of Hougaard and Jean de Villiers yesterday in a round of golf. Seems Hougaard’s ‘sniffles’ might just be because he is out of pocket a bit…

Just don’t give him the same medicine that was given to Chili and Basson.

I am happy to see Charl McCleod being rewarded for a good season. He has talent!

certain foreigners have disappeared after being handed over to the spammers.
Would have been nice to see Andries Strauss called up as well.

Maku no surprise – predicted it.
AA, POC, Transformation – all the shit other countries don’t have to contend with.
Mind you, Maku may be better than Pillyboy anyhow.
