David Pocock has left the Force with immediate effect and is set to join Jake’s horsies in Canberra.

It started yesterday with the Twitterverse initially buszzing with news that Pocock had written a letter to Force fans telling them why he was leaving and being really sweet. It took some quick searches to figure out he was heading to Canberra to join the Brumbies. Without Pocock the Force have now basically lost all the half decent players they had in Super Rugby.
Pocock was given free reign to play as he please by Bryce Lawrence in the rugby match between the Boks and Aussies in the Rugby World Cup quarter final last year.
He said in his statement that he was concerned by the inability of the Force to bring in decent players to play for them. An atempt to get Will Genia recently failed. The Rugby WA has said it tried its best to keep Pocock but he wanted to go so he did.
