Lambie and Jordaan that really good news. Odds change already. The momentum is in the Sharks favour now.

Good side… can Jordaan match SBW?

Will Jordaan’s hamstrings last
this time?
Best team they can field IMO.
Go Sharks!

Big mistake… Jordaan is not a 12, definitely not a distributor and on that note limiting JPP!

and how do you know that? Have you seen him play 12?

Surely not from me???!!
He’s a monster defender… and was an yster from wing in the U20… even Whitehead wasn’t a 12… which means the only 12 outside of Franny is Bosman… and as you said… rather have the Chiefs on the back foot (like any NZ team) than defending…

Did you watch the U20 RWC?
Not a distributor but a strike runner… huge defender… but if you think that makes a great 12… I’ll leave you with Brendon Shields to argue on my behalf

he did his job at U20 on wing and according to a friend that has been following his career from U9 he can play anywhere in the back-line.
At wing he did what is needed, at 12 he will do what is needed! Give the boy a green & gold jersey before he gets an offer he can’t refuse!

ps: his prefered position is 10!

Reply to Morné @ 3:13 pm: Dunno about preferred, but he has played 12 at school as well (heard it from a Fella who’s been watching him) although he reckons he is better at 13..

I expect only 9-11 to stay as is and 12-15 to be reshuffled on the match day. This is just Plum and his mind games

I might have picked it up on the Sharks site…
I did hear it somewhere not long ago.

uhm why change a winning combination? The backline has been in sublime form. Id have kept the run on team from stormers game, unless injuries forced my hand.

Jordaan did brilliantly in the 1/4 final @ 13, he should do OK @ 12 then.
Certainly a more exiting option than Meyer Bosman.

His preferred position is flyhalf. He said it in an interview during the junior RWC.

Pretty much like every RSA back from FRanny to Lambie…
