Defending champions UP-Tuks are the only unbeaten side left in the competition, but they will still have their work cut out for them against a UCT team high on confidence.
Having won their last two games on the road, the Ikeys will be aiming to claim a big scalp in front of their home fans and cement their position in the top four.
As ever the windy conditions on the Green Mile will play a central role, so it could be down to which halfback combination is able to keep their forwards on the front foot.
UP-Tuks have been forced to make a couple of changes to their team, whilst UCT are enjoying some good continuity, so this will not be easy for the visitors.
