New Waratahs App launched

The NSW Waratahs have today launched a new App to coincide with their 2014 Asteron Life Super Rugby Finals Series campaign.

A first among the Australian Super Rugby clubs, the Waratahs App will help NSW supporters get the most out of this Saturday’s Semi-Final experience.Available now for all apple and coming soon for android devices, the App is entirely free to download.

One of the first to download it was NSW captain Dave Dennis. “I think it’s great that we’re able to offer this for our supporters.“Whether they’re coming down to cheer us this Saturday or supporting us from afar, the App gives us another way to engage with our fans and for them to engage with us.

“Our members and fans have beenbehind us all the way so it’s great to be able to make this free and get it out there at such an exciting time for NSW rugby.”

As well as helping supporters join the conversation through the chat and social hub functions, the live matchday centre encourages fans watching the game to ‘second screen’ and allows those unable to watch the action to keep up to date with every score, as it happens.  Exclusive photocards also allow fans to put themselves in the picture.
