The chances that Marx will be part of the June England tour are very slim after Lions confirmed yesterday that he will be out for six week due to a high grade hamstring injury.

Marx has been on form for the Lions this whole season and it is a huge blow not just for the Lions but also the Springboks who face England in a three test series in June.

The first test against England is the 2de June.

You’re gonna be wishing Strauss was picked…

But I already told you when you picked that average XV not 23 that would get whooped… Marx is out injured… Bismarck wants no part of the Boks… and Straus has retired from international rugby. They are in serious trouble… watch they will go with Ralepele (who cannot make the Sharks side) and one of Samuels or Scarra neither test quality with Akker as an outside chance (who is not even the regular starter at the Sharks).

Very interested to see the side… quite frankly with the Welsh sending their second side and terrible ticket sales… I would like to see the test status taken off the game which could give Rassie some more breathing room for experimenting selection wise.
