Rassie name his Barbarians side to face Argentina

Barbarians coach Rassie Erasmus have named former All Black Wyatt Crockett as his captain for this weekend match against Argentina.

The World Cup winning prop played 71 test and 202 Super Rugby matches.

Crockett will lead a team that has eight Springboks on Saturday.

Pollard will start the match at ten with De Allende next to him. World Breakthrough player of the year, Dyantyi will start n the wing with Benvenuti.

Upfront Springbok captain Kolisi, Pieter-Steph du Toit, Lood De Jager, Trevor Nyakane and Schalk Brits will start the game.

On the bench we will also see Springboks, Malcolm Marx, Steven Kitshoff, Sikhumbuzo Notshe, Jesse Kriel and Elton Jantjies.

The festive test match will be broadcast live on SuperSport 2 on Saturday afternoon

  1. Frustrating for me to understand the forked tongue talk. FFS he was telling us how tired Kolisi is. And we know EXACTLY what Die Ellende can deliver. And how many more tackles must Bomskok make? And Kitchoff??? But maybe he sees it as another trial – who knows.
