If Rassie Erasmus is looking for a number nine to back up Faf de Klerk, then maybe he needs to look at Cobus Reinach.
Reinach who applies his trade at the Saints in England these days was named the Premiership Player of the the month for December.
He scored two brilliant tries when his club beat the Chiefs and the Warriors.
At the moment the former Sharks player is the inform nine in the Premiership and has played an important role for the club.
Reinach is a nine that plays quickly and have pretty good gas to burn as well.
There has been a question mark over his kicking from the base but that is always something that can be corrected.
If Reinach keeps this form we may see him involve in Erasmus Springbok squad later this year.
