Southern Kings coach Deon Davids has selected his squad for the clash against the Cheetahs this weekend.
The SA derby will be played on Friday night at the Madibaz Stadium.
It has been a difficult season for the Kings again and this is the first of three derbies for the two teams.
Davids made six changes from the team that lost against Edinburg for Friday.
Schalk Ferreira will make his return to the side, as well as Michael Willemse in the front row.
He also included Henry Brown at flank after a three month injury layoff.
In the backs Bjorn Basson makes his return to the wing and in the midfield Klaasen will partner with Kruger.
Ntabeni Dukisa will earn his first start for the side with Du Toit going to the bench.
“We have selected a rather experienced side this week as we are fortunate to have quite a few of our players back from some lengthy injuries,” Davids said.
“We know that this derby against the Cheetahs will be a tough encounter, so we are happy to be able pick from a large pool of players in order to have one of the strongest possible sides for the important match.”
