The Tafel Lager Griquas kept their unbeaten record when they beat the Vodacom Blue Bulls 38-17 on Saturday at Tafel Lager Park.
They started strong and never let go as they led the men from Pretoria 21-7 at the break.
Griquas got first points on the board but the Blue Bulls did reply with Travis Ismaiel getting over the line for the visitors first try.
Griquas scored two more tries in the first half through AJ le Roux and Andre Swarts.
This gave them a 21-7 lead which they took into the break.
The Blue Bulls scored first in the second half to stay in the game when JT Jackson went over. A penalty form Jackson close the gap on the scoreboard even more.
This was short lived though when Sias Koen powered over the line.
Arendse then came to the party with two tries with Whitehead’s boot on target again.
This was a great win for the men from Kimberley and keeping them on the top of the log in their group.
