It was one of theist games of Rugga’s we have seen in Super Rugby with the Chiefs coming back from 20-0 down after 30 minutes to beat the champions 40-27.

It was an amazing atmosphere that produce a brilliant first half in Fiji.
The Crusaders was all over the Chiefs in the first 30 minuets scoring three tries and led 20-0 with all the mistakes coming form the Chiefs.
The Crusaders showed their class with there great touches with the ball in hand as they took the lead early on after they started the scoring with a penalty.
Leading 10-0 they looked like the only team on the field and dominated play throughout.
They had tries form Scott Barret, Mitchell Drummond and Savy Reece but just as we thought the Chiefs are in for a hammering they scored three quick tries in the last ten minutes of that half.
It as first Solomon that found the whitewash before Taukei”Aho got over to close the gab to 20-12.
Straight after the kickoff Anton Lienert-Brown bot the break to let the ball do the work for Jesse Parete getting over for one of the tries of the season.
The two teams had the Fijians on their feet that whole first half as the Crusaders took a one point lead into halftime with 20-19.
The Crusaders were first to score after the break which started with another turnover and some great passes between forward and backs that created the space for Braydon Ennor over for try number four.
The Chiefs made it a one point game when we again saw great hands form some big men to send Brad Weber over for their first try in second half.
The Chiefs almost took the lead but lost the ball over the line which gave the Crusaders a lifeline.
It was Anton Lienert-Brown again with the break to send Shaun Stevenson over for the lead with 10 minute to go.
The Chiefs got over the whitewash to give them the lead for the first time in the match when Samisoni Taukei”aho scored in the 66 minute of the match.
Being behind with 33-27 the Crusaders started to throw everything at it but two crucial turnovers by Sam Cane was match winning for the Chiefs.
The Chiefs had a change to take the game away from the Crusaders when they got a penalty with 3 minutes left but the penalty was missed with the Crusaders to restart from the twenty two.
Tumua Manu snapped the ball from the kickoff and ran through for a brilliant try to close the game and end a remarkable comeback from the Chiefs.
This win of 40-27 over the Crusaders gave the Chiefs that slight chance of still making the playoffs.
