Finding dates for RWC 2011 poses major headache

The ideal situation is to eventually find a permanent home for the RWC Tournament. In the mean time nailing down a time slot for the 2011 Rugby World Cup in New Zealand will be one of the biggest challenges faced by local and international stakeholders in the tournament.
