SEVENS: Outclassed Boks 6th behind Kiwis

The Springboks, third on the IRB rankings, finished a poor sixth at the Commonwealth Games in Melbourne after losing 28-29 to Wales in the Plate competition. The Boks were leading into the final minute. The All Blacks retained their title by comfortably beating England 29-21. Kenya beat Tonga 26-12 to claim the Bowl.
