    Recap

England has gone one better than their 2015 campaign, securing a place in the quarter finals after beating Argentina on Saturday 39-10.

Their task had been made easier with Lavanini who was red carded for a high dangerous tackle on Farrell.

The red card changed the game and there was never going to be another winner of this clash than England.

Argentina got in front with a penalty from Urdapilleta but after the red card England took full advantage with Daly and Youngs tries.

This gave them a 15-3 lead at the break with the game still their for the taking.

In the second half, George Ford, Jack Nowell and Luke Cowan-Dickie went over while Owen Farrell added three conversions and a penalty as Eddie Jones’ charges claimed an important win.

This was the crunch game for England and they wil be very happy to get a bonus point win over Argentina.

Argentina did get a late consolation try by Moroni but it was never gonna be easy for the Pumas.

England: Tries: May, Daly, Youngs, Ford, Nowell, Cowan-Dickie Cons: Farrell 3 Pens: Farrell

        1. Was pissed when Poite did it to Bismark in NZ and when it happened to Laubsacne in Aus. Wrecks it for fans.
