The Brumbies came up short against the Jaguares when they lost 20-15.
The Brumbies scored two tries from Fainga’a and Tom Banks but that was not enough for the win but did pick up the loosing bonus point.
The Brumbies dominated most of the first half but it was the Jaguares who got the first points on the board. It was another counter-attack from the Jaguares that put Cancellere over in the corner.
The Brumbies hit back with Folau Fainga’ off the back of a clever lineout move.
The Brumbies defence was strong frustrating the the Jaguares which led to Tom Banks try in the corner.
The last ten minutes of the first half saw the Jaguares getting into the game with Matias Orlando’s and Augustin Creevy’s tries to take the lead again.
Lealiifano late penalty gave the Jaguares only a 17-15 lead at the break.
The Brumbies would have been very disappointed not to put more points past the Jaguares in that first half with all the possession they had.
The Jaguares looked the better of the two sides in the second half. Although the Brumbies gave what they got in the tank they only got the penalty form Miotti to show for their effort.
At the end both sides had a penalty to show for that second half with the home side picking up the points.
