It was the Aussies that started the game better as they exploded the Argentinians out wide early on and score a great try in the corner.
With the Pumas trying to speed up the game they made a few mistakes on attack and the Aussies took full advantage of it and with a perfect running lines scored their second try within 8 minutes and took the lead 14-0.
The Aussies with the rush defense again put the Pumas under pressure and with a great tackle in the midfield kicked a loose ball and scored their third try.
It took a while but when the Argentinians got going they were great close to the Aussies line.
The problem for Argentina was being in two minds on attack and not cleaning the Aussies at ruck time which made Argentina attack going nowhere.
The Pumas tried hard but could not get any momentum which kept the score 21-6 at the break.
Argentina had a great start to the second half and kept ball in hand better making it possible for them to score their first try of the match.
Australia put some great work together after a penalty in the scrum to score their forth try and bonus point as well to take the score to 26-13 after 55 min.
The game became really sloppy and quality from both teams was not good at all.
Australia got another try as the Pumas struggled in defense which took the score to 36-20 and that was enough for them to win the game and take second place on the log.
