It was a great return for the Sharks to South Africa when they beat the Waratahs 37-14 on Saturday in Durban.

The Sharks had the perfect start to the game putting the Waratahs under pressure from the start and went through multiple phases to send Tera over in the corner.

That gave them and early 5-0 lead in the game. With some ball in hand the Waratahs did not look bad at all on attack but Sharks defense was great.

Lambie went off early in the game that looks like a groin injury bring Bosch on the field at ten and he quickly kicked over two penalties to stretch the lead to 11-0.

The Waratahs got a few phases together to put some pressure on the Sharks inside their twenty two but Sharks defense was good enough to hold them out.

With the Waratahs on attack it was yet again that man Bosch that read the game and intercept to score for the Sharks again and took the lead to 18-0.

The Sharks were great in the rucks and in the contact areas but did put themselves under pressure which gave the Waratahs the ball to play with and get back into their half.

The Waratsh did hit back with a try through a great kick through and Folua getting the bounch and the try. This made the score 18-7 after 31 min.

The Sharks got an penalty immediately back to take the socreboard to 21-7 after 31 min.

The Sharks kicked another penalty over before halftime and then Van Wyk picked up a loose pass from Waratahs to sprint for another try for the Sharks.

The Waratahs started with a bang in the second half  scoring their second try after a kick charged down to take the score to 31-14 after 43 min.

The two teams hold eachother well in the middle part of the the second half with not one team taking control.

With the game not going anywhere the Sharks put some pressure on the scrum and forced a penalty which Bosch happily converted to take their lead to 37-14 after 73 min.

Cobus Reinach had one of his best games he had for a long time controlling the game throughout.

The game ended with the Sharks 37 and Waratahs 14, making it their second win of the season and the perfect return to the Republic.
