  1. Bfore you ask Americano… Willie the Messerschmidt didn’t miss a single tackle and made 88 run meters. He ran the Bulls ragged and was instrumental in at least two tries with his passing and offloads. He has got to start getting a call up to the Boks at some point…

    Its really becoming hum-drum isn’t it.
    Week in, week out the Messerschmitt named Willie just impresses.

    I have fun with my Willie comments but the thing that impresses me the most with him is how he creates opportunity for others time after time with situations where other players would just kick aimlessly or doe something else that is safe and robotic.

    There were two “M-WLR” esque plays in the test yesterday.
    1) Habana try
    2) Hougaard hack and chase

    These were not “build up” events. They were one off opportunistic bolts that make the difference.
