  1. What did Gelant do wrong? He is the best 15 we have at the Bulls. Yet again this team has so much talent, but selection is an issue, as is coaching.

The commitment that seems an issue is more from the players not sure of what they must do. Same as with Boks last year. Stuck between gameplans with no clear guidance. Marais must take ownership of the team, decide on a gameplan and coach to it. Everyone raves about the Lions gameplan, to me that gameplan is very little other than the strong gameplan the Bulls used in their successful years. Go back to that, tweak it a bit, coach the guys to play that gameplan and we could be back where we belong. At the top.

  2. What did Warren Gelant do wrong?
    Answer:
    He’s not Willie …$unKing… LeRoux.

  3. I just do not get it: What does Sweets (and some supporters) see in Smurfie and Jesse? Jesse is literally like an afkophoender – just watch him on defence: Like Pierre Stok he is just organizing traffic with big eyes! And Smurfie NEVER passed once – NOT ONCE! Seems Bulls have similar problems than Stormers had a few years ago (remember Gus Theron!!), where they must somehow find a place in the team for somebody on their payroll.

  4. @Bekke:

Well I disagree on many levels (well that’s nothing new)… however one thing’s for sure… nobody at the Bulls (and arguably most the other teams if not all) have any answers currently from selection to game-plan and onwards…
