Match Report – Brumbies too good for Sunwolves


The Brumbies was way to good for the struggling Sunwolves when they beat them 42-19 on Saturday in Tokyo.

Scoring six tries to three tells the story although the Sunwolves came out to play.

It was an important win for the Brumbies after the Rebels dropped some points yesterday against the Waratahs.

The Sunwolves had the better start scoring the first try through Saumaki.

It took the Brumbies not long to get their first try with Samu bashing over the line.

The Brumbies got into their game with Simone and Banks both scoring and starting to take the game way form the home side.

The Sunwolves were still in the game at halftime when Masirewa score to make the lead 21-12 for the Brumbies.

The second half was all Brumbies with tries from Mcinerney who got a hat-trick.
