The Southern Kings played Munster on Saturday and although they had a positive game, they again did not manage to pull out the win at home against the Irish side.
The game was closely contested throughout the first forty minutes with both teams still in it for the win. Munster went into the break with a lead of 10-6 with a try from Mike Haley and some points from the boot of Hanrahan.
Demetri Catrakilis was on son again and kicked two penalties for the home side.
The second half saw the Kings starting the better of the two teams and Stefan Ungerer scored their first try of the match from some exciting play from the Kings.
Munster came back at the Kings and the last 30 minutes of the match was all Munster. They reclaim the lead and manage three tries in the second half through Alby Mathewson, Fineen Wycherley and Arno Botha.
The Kings did come back at Munster with a try from Elrigh Cronje but it was too little too late for the home side.
The Kings were their own worst enemy on the day again. As last week in round 1 they started well but faded away in the last quarter of the match which cost them both games.
Next week the Kings will face Ulster who went down to the Cheetahs on Saturday in Bloemfontein.
