England will have to do without their former captain Chris Robshaw due to surgery on his injured shoulder.
He is expected to be out of competitive action for around 12 weeks. Robshaw suffered the injury while playing for Quins against Worcester and was unable to take part in England’s training camp in Brighton.
The former England captain will now be out until April and will miss the whole of the Six Nations.
England are already set to be without Billy and Mako Vunipola for the opening game of the Six Nations against France, while lock George Kruis is a concern.
