The last match on this tour will be on Friday when thy face Ulster at Kingspan Stadium.

The Lions are one win from three matches and it could have been so much different but like with the Stormers the Lions just did not take their opportunities when they came their way, specially last weekend.

Here is the current log standings:

Heading to Belfast is no easy task for the end of a four match tour and the Lions will have to be much better than the previous two weeks if they want to end the tour on a high.

Carlu Sadie will make a welcome return to the starting XV with Nothnagel and Sangweni getting their first start o the URC this weekend.

Nothnagel will come in for the injured Jansen van Vuuren and Sangweni is part of the coach Van Rooyen rotation policy.

On the bench we also see Wilhelm van der Sluys, Emmanuel Tshituka and Fred Zeilinga making their mark in the match later in the game.

Divan Rossouw will be at fullback and Pienaar and Maxwane on the wings with Ross and Odendaal in the midfield. EW Viljoen who did well last week at ten will again do duty there with Andre Warner at nine.

The starting XV is the same as the one that beat Benetton last weekend with Addison at fullback with McIlroy and Gilroy completing the back three. Stewart Moore and James Hume will again be in the midfield with Nathan Doak and Billy Burns as the halfback combination.

This is a very strong Ulster team so plenty of work for the Lions to get a win on Friday night.

The game is also live on SuperSport and at the same time as the Stomers match so some channel hoping will be needed.
