It has been a year after Springbok and Lions wing Aphiwe Dyantyi was suspended due to a doping test that came back positive.
The young man opted for a b-sample which also came back positive and now he will finally have his day to put his defence against the charges.
He will be fighting for his future in the game at this hearing which will start on the 15 September.
Him tested positive took away his chances of making Rassie Erasmus World Cup squad last year and he has not played every since.
Dyantyi has denied taking any banned substance but is serving out a suspension from all forms of the game pending this hearing.
