Being lock-down has force a lot of people to kick a few bad habits but for some it has been to pick up a few new one’s.

All Black great Richie McCaw decided to recently join Instagram and the fans are loving it. This gave the opportunity for fellow All Black super star Dan Carter to have an in-depth discussion with the former All Black captain about his leadership and rituals before a Test Match.

McCaw become an All Black captain at 25 and it was easy going until the 2007 World Cup when they were knocked out by France in the Quarter Finals.

Pressure either make you or break you, that we all know and the clever leaders look around them to get the support from the people around him or her and that is just what McCaw did after 2007.
