Harlequins were too good for Leicester in their Premiership clash on Saturday when they beat them 37-22 in an entertaining match.
Cyle Brink scored their first try before Marcus Smith and Mike Brown got over the whitewash to give them a 20-7 lead.
Leicester replied with a try by Van Poortvliet but Andre Esterhuizen try gave Quins a lead of 30-17 at the break.
A great first half ensured another win for Quins as they display yet again some great attacking play. Flyhallf Smith was again brilliant for them and his game management was brilliant.
Credit to Leicester they never stoped playing and even after 20 unanswered points they came back with a try by Van Poortvliet.
Leicester had their chances in the second half but just could not convert the possession into points.
This was the third straight win for Quins and has moved them up to third place on the log with Sale.
