It was a classy performance from the defending champions against the Dragons on Friday night which saw Lowe scoring two tries.
At the end the defending champions made little work of the Dragons beating them 35-5 in the season opener.
It was two scores from Lowe either side of the break with Garry Ringrose, Jordan Larmour and Ryan Baird also crossed for Leinster to give them a bonus point win.
Leinster had a strong international flavor to their side which included Sexton as their captain.
The Dragons had plenty of opportunity and possession in the first 20 minutes of the match but were unable to convert this into points.
It was Ringrose that found a gap to get over for the first try for Leinster.
Leinster took full advantage of the extra man and with some clever passage of play pulled the defence of the Dragons in which resulted in Larmour going over in the corner.
Sexton left the field due to an injury which gave the kicking duties over to Ringrose.
It was Lowe ten minutes before the break that scored the host next try and he was again in the action after the break with his second.
The Dragons got their first try with some acrobatics from Hewitt who got over in the corner but it was the champions that got their fifth try shortly after through Baird.
Leinster: Tries – Ringrose, Larmour, Lowe(2), Baird Conversions – Sexton, Ringrose, Byrne(3)
Dragons: Tries – Hewitt
