Wales yet again cam back in the second half with the added value of playing again against only 14-men after another red card for a cleanup that went wrong.
It was a memorable win for Wales as they took full points away for scoring four tries as well against Scotland. At the end they took a one point win ending up with 25-24.
It was Wales with the better start to the game putting Scotland under pressure and forcing a penalty to get the first points on the board through Halfpenny.
Scotland did not wait to long to see their first points also from a penalty after they played some rugby down in Wales twenty two to even things up at 3-all.
With Scotland attacking more with ball in hand it was Darcy Graham that got hold of a clever kick forward to score the first try of the match and a 10-3 lead for the host.
It took not long for the home side to get behind the line again as the dominated the set pieces which they took full advantage off. Another kick ahead founded the hands of their captain Hogg to go over for their second.
This gave Scotland a 17-3 lead.
Wales finally got into the Scots twenty two and with some great handling got the ball out to Louis Rees-Zammit to get over for their first try.
The two teams went into the break with Scotland leading 17-8.
Scotland got a try disallowed and then gave away three penalties to give Wales an attacking opportunity which they took full advantage off to send Liam Williams over.
This made it a two point game with 30 minutes still to go in the match.
Scotland made a good start to the half and where on attack inside Wales twenty two but decided to take a tap from a penalty and not go for points. This would cost them dearly with Wales scoring to make it a two point game.
Then it got worst for Scotland when Zander Fagerson as send off with a red card for another cleanup in the ruck that hit a players head area.
Wales immediately responded with a try by Wyn Jones to get the lead.
With 14-men on the field Scotland did not lie down and got back on the line of Wales. After two scrums the ball went out wide to Hogg who did brilliantly to get over in the corner.
With the conversion over Scotland got back in the lead with 24-20.
Wales hit back immediate with Louis Rees-Zammit getting over for his second try of the match to give the lead back for Wales.
Scotland tried all they can but the Wales defence just about hold them out to take a great away win and goes two wins from two.
For Scotland, some really hard look at their game management and decision making in that second half which was poor. They have only themselves to blame for this loss.
