Kolisi back in training with Province

Western Province wants to build on the Stormers performances in the Carling Currie Cup starting this weekend.

Teams will be carrying the log points from the Vodacom Super Rugby Unlocked through to the Currie Cup with the Bulls leading the pack.

Province are preparing to host the Blue Bulls at Newlands this weekend which will see the last time these two rivals will play on the iconic ground.

Great news for Province fans will be that Siya Kolisi and Alistair Vermaak have return to training this week.

Although there is no word yet when we will see the Springbok captain back in action, it is great news to see that he is training full with the team.

Vermaak also coming back from injury could soon play his first game since the 2018 Currie Cup Final.

Johan du Toit was also back in training this week and Jaco Coetzee may be in action this weekend.

The Bulls totally outclass the Stormers a few weeks ago at Loftus and the men from Cape Town will want to start the Currie Cup with a payback win against the same team.

The match will be live on SuperSport on Saturday so do not miss out.
