New All Blacks coach has announced his backroom staff which left the Hurricanes scrambling to find a new head coach.

On Thursday Foster announced that John Plumtree, Greg Freek and Scott McLeod will join his coaching team as they begin life after Hansen.

He also did not hold back in saying he would like to have Scarlets coach Brad Mooar as his attacking and backline coach.

He admit that he did not have a plan B and want Mooar in his team. He told the media that he is confidant that they will get their man as they continue with negotiations.

It sounds like Scarlets are willing to let him go for around NZ$400,000 in compensation.

Foster also confirm that Grant Fox will return as a selector

Plumtree will be the forward coach as well as a selctor, Feek will handle the scrums and Mcleod have retained his job as defensive coach of the All Blacks.
