Preview – Force v Brumbies


The second Super Rugby AU match will be played in Sydney as a home game for the Force as they take on the Brumbies.

The Force and Brumbies have played 18 times since 2006 in Super Rugby which the Force manage to won 4 off those.

Jeremy Thrush will lead the Force this weekend due to the injury to their regular captain Prior.

In total there are four changes to the Force side for this weekend. Nick Frisby will take the injured Prior spot at nine. Taefu will come in at inside centre.

There are also two changes on the bench for the Force with Kahui and Sheminant getting their opportunity later in the game.

Kata will get his first start for the Brumbies this weekend on the wing. At ten we will also see Kuenzie for the first time this season.

Scott Sio also get his first start and will partner Alaalatoa and Fainga’a in the front row.

Nick Frost will also make his first appearance in the starting XV packing down with Douglas.
