The Toyota Cheetahs gave up their perfect start to this season PRO14 when they went down to Connacht 24-22 on Saturday.
They will be kicking themselves as they rather loss this game than Connacht winning it through ill-discipline.
They got a red card which changed the game when Dries Swanepoel got a red card for a dangerous clean-out at a ruck.
They still had a slight lead in the 80 minute but the host sneaked in a try to take the win.
It was a physical match with both teams going hard at each other to create space on attack with the host coming out better in that first 40 minutes.
They scored two tries to the one of the Cheetahs to take a 14-5 lead at the break.
The Cheetahs fought back in the second half and looked much better on attack and when they had to defend. They got the lead early on with two tries and a penalty but then paid the ultimate price for some poor judgement by Dries Swanepoel.
He was red carded for a dangerous clean-out and their can be no complains about the decision.
For the Cheetahs Joseph Dweba kept his try-scoring form going with Rhyno Smith and Clayton Blommetjies scoring the two tries in the second half.
Pienaar was on song with the boot as he kicked two conversions and one penalty.
