Picture from Rachel Kolisi Instagram and this is what she said: Thank you to everyone who helped me get in touch with Lebo! And to @playerschoiceza for having us last night. We managed to video call Lebo's hero - @cheslin15 just before the awards started and Ches organized that Lebo collect his award on his behalf. He and his mom have had a really tough year. But a few small acts of kindness have really turned things around for them. Its cool to be kind.

Makes one so happy that there is sometimes good coming out something small you do sometimes in life.

A video from Eye Witness News which we posted on twitter during the Springboks Bus Tour made one young man dream to meet his hero come true this week.

Lebo Mogoma form Helpmekaar College in Johannesburg join the Springbok captain on Monday at the BrightRock Players Choice awards as his guest.

Kolisi invited him to the annual event after the video warmed most peoples hearts. In the video one can see the young man in tears showing his appreciation for Kolisi and the team signing his boots when they were in Johannesburg with their tour.

The video quickly went viral and Kolisi wife, Rachel quickly started to asked people to find the boys name and how they could contact him.

Mogoma accompanied Siya Kolisi in accepting Cheslin Kolbe’s award for Backline Player of the Year.
