The Sharks was allover the Stormers in the first ten minutes of the match playing a running game putting the ball through the phases and gotten rewarded with a penalty and a try.

The Stormers did start to come back in the game and had a few opertunities but were held off the Sharks line with great defence.

With so much ball in the middl part of that first half the Stormers would have been very dissapointed not to get any points as the went into the last 10 minutes still with no score.

The Sharks were able to get back into the Stormers half and after stealing a Stormers lineout got the ball over the line for their second try and a lead at halftime of 15-0.

Nkosi then run straight through the Stormers backline as he socred the Sharks third try of the match and the lead of 22-10.

The Stormers were quickly back on attack but some brilliant defence from the Sharks kept themout of scoring a try.

The Stormers backline had so much ball but seemed to have no plan that just shifting the ball through the hands which the Sharks easily defended against.

The Sharks at the end were just to good on the night and had an important win over the Stormers.

  1. Ee should delegate De Toit to Vodacup – or whatever it is called. He is worse that useless. Same with Vermaak and De Allende. 10 out of 10 for Sharks tonight – great move to finally leave Beast out of starting 15.

  2. Anyone still doubting Ruan Botha needs their eyes checked… bullied both PSTD and Etzebeth all game. Lewies still got a lot to offer the Boks too…

  3. Sroermers had one good game against proper opposition this year and that was against the Chiefs, after that game they have been going progressively backwards.

Last week’s game against the Blues was won through dodgy ref calls, so that should not count.

Was thinking over the weekend, would be worth a chuckle if Mitchell’s Bulls gave the Stormers a proper snotklap next year, would love to see Thelo’s face.
