The Waratahs surprised the Highlanders in the second forty to comeback and take the win in their quarter final match in Sydney on Saturday.

It was and exciting match which was dominated by the Highlanders in the first half and the Waratahs coming good in the second.

The Waratahs was helped with a yellow card but the Highlanders have themselves to blame with some poor defence in that last 20 minutes.

Leading the Tahs with 23-6 no one expected the Highlanders to loose this match.

As good as the Highlanders were in taking their opportunities as good the Waratahs did so in the second half.

If the Lions win against the Jaguares this afternoon the Waratahs will pack their bags for South Africa but if the Jaguares upset the Lions they will travel to Australia for the second semi final next week.

  1. This really makes me chuckle to all those that said Foley was a hack… forget Folau… Foley the guy is a machine.

  2. Foley a flat-trick bully, wee fella like jantjies, phenomenal in home ground in super rugby behind a dominant pack – but you wouldn’t want either in a RWC final
